The Challenge
Three branches ran lesson booking and tuition through phone calls, cash, and spreadsheets. Owners had no real-time view of revenue or settlement, students couldn't self-manage sessions or pay online, and any platform had to handle Korea-specific realities: native card payments (KSNET PG), 3.3% withholding on instructor settlement, per-branch pricing tiers, remaining-session tracking, and refund/postpone policies — across multiple roles (student, teacher, owner, HQ).
Our Solution
Built a multi-tenant, multi-role platform. The student app (mobile-first web) handles lesson booking, practice-room reservation, and session-based card payments via KSNET. Each branch owner gets a dashboard for revenue, settlement (with 3.3% withholding), refunds, income/expense, and teacher management, while an HQ view spans all branches. A pricing engine supports hobby→pro tiers and multi-subject discounts, remaining-session counters track each enrollment, and refund/postpone rules plus 5-year data-retention compliance are built in.
Results
Replaced phone-and-cash operations across all three branches with one self-serve platform: students book and pay online, owners see real-time revenue and settlement, and HQ oversees every branch from a single dashboard.
